Expert Housing Solutions, Uniquely Delivered

Iceni Homes is a unique partnership that creates high quality housing for people across the UK.

We are a unique collaborative partnership between three leading East Anglian housing associations: Colne Housing in Colchester, Suffolk Housing in Bury St. Edmunds and Hundred Houses in Cambridge. Iceni Homes also works very closely with a range of other housing stakeholders and is a development partner with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).

We offer one of the UK’s only truly comprehensive house-building services, covering planning, design and construction, through to delivery for the affordable housing sector.

Put simply, no other organisation works in this way: a professional, effective and flexible approach is at the heart of our success in working with a wide variety of housing sector partners.

Underpinning our ability to complete housing projects on-time and on-budget is our passion for knowledge-sharing and constant inter-partner communication. For the last ten years we have harnessed this approach to deliver successful projects that genuinely improve local residents’ quality of life – and help communities grow.

Our distinctive knowledge-sharing and collaborative approach ensures we are well-placed to receive funding from bodies such as the Homes and Communities Agency – through which the government orchestrates its affordable house-building initiatives in England.

For over a decade, Iceni Homes has provided excellent, modern, economically-sustainable housing to thousands of people. As we look forward to the next ten years, our focus is on further evolving our successful approach, and our ability to bring together private, public and non-profit organisations with a single common objective: the creation of affordable, high quality housing for people across the UK.
