Meet The Board

The creation of Iceni Homes has brought together a very experienced development team from across the three partner Housing Associations and the public and private sectors. The team has first-hand knowledge of partnership working with developers including purchasing land, working with Local Authorities, planning departments and managing residential construction projects to completion.

Successfully obtaining grants is a core part of the work undertaken by Iceni Homes. In close partnership with Housing Associations and the Homes and Communities Agency, we play an active role in securing these funds on a local and regional basis.

Iceni Homes prides ourselves on our successful track record of growth and innovation, firmly based around the principles of commercial expertise, consultation and partnership working with Local Authorities, developers and other agencies.
