About Iceni Homes
Iceni Homes is a unique collaboration of three leading housing associations in the East of England: Colne Housing in Colchester, Suffolk Housing in Bury St Edmunds and Hundred Houses in Cambridge. Our aim is to use our breadth of expertise to increase the affordable housing provision in the East of England.
Our emphasis is on creating well-designed and high-quality homes for those in need. Working with developers, local authorities including Parish Councils, charitable bodies and other Registered Social Landlords and organisations, we create innovative new housing schemes at the very best value.
Our mission is to provide excellent affordable housing for our customers and to increase our development programme with our Housing Association partners to meet the housing needs of local communities in the region.
We benefit from a knowledge bank of over seven Registered Social Landlords through a unique partnership agreement with Key Communities, a development consortium led by BPHA, a Homes and Communities Agency development partner.
Our distinctive knowledge-sharing approach ensures that we are well-placed to receive funding from bodies including the Homes and Communities Agency.
Working with both local and national housing developers and local contractors and consultants, we use the combined market knowledge and skills of our three partners to create an unrivalled social housing project team.
Iceni Homes is friendly, approachable, responsive and proactive. With expertise, quality and partnership at our very core, Iceni Homes is facing a very bright future.
