The purpose built two storey building comprises of 40 two bedroom apartments that can provide accomodation for up to three people.  Each flat is fully accessible for wheelchair users and comes fully equipped with entry phone control over access, fitted kitchens and bathrooms.

The properties have also been designed to provide excellent levels of energy efficiency; solar thermal units are fitted to all flats, as are 4 litres/2 litres dual flush cisterns, basin taps with flow regulators, mains pressure showers regulated below 6 litres per minute and baths with the capacity to overflow of 148 litres.

In the communal gardens 10 x 200 litre rainwater butts will be used for watering the garden, low energy lighting will be encorporated throughout and air source heat pumps to heat communal areas have also been fitted.
