Partners

Iceni Homes is committed to working closely with its existing partners and welcomes working in partnership with other Housing Associations, property developers, voluntary agencies, Parish Councils and Local Authorities to develop its role in helping to meet affordable housing needs in the East of England.

With our sponsoring Housing Associations; Colne Housing Society, Suffolk Housing Society and Hundred Houses Society, we have a well-balanced geographical mix covering Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and South Norfolk. The Iceni Homes team welcomes new Housing Associations to join as equal development partners or purely purchasing the development services from the Iceni Group. This will provide excellent coverage across the East of England as well as an opportunity for growth under a united organisation.

Iceni Homes is unique in that it was the first Housing Association Joint Venture Development Company in the country. We will remain at the forefront in providing affordable, high-quality homes. Working with our partners within Key Communities, Iceni can access grant funding for new affordable housing developments through the Government’s Homes and Communities Agency and Local Authorities. In addition, Iceni Homes can access grant funding from Local Authorities and other agencies and organisations.

Iceni Homes works closely with its Registered Social Landlords, partners and other Housing Associations, to bring together the benefits of our expertise and experience. By working together we ensure that there is continuous improvement and best value in the procurement of goods and services.
