Iceni Homes is pleased to announce that the recent bid for funding, submitted to the HCA on behalf of its partners, has been supported in full. The £3,630,000 of grant that has been secured will help to deliver 110 grant funded homes, along with a further 150 nil grant homes, helping to support the delivery of 260 new homes across East Anglia.
Iceni Homes Managing Director, Phil Murton, said “We are delighted that working with our partners at Colne, Suffolk, and Hundred Houses, with support from our local authority colleagues, and following on from the success of our 2015 – 18 funding programme bid, we have again secured grant investment from the HCA which will help support the delivery of new affordable housing. We look forward to continuing to work with all our partners in this new funding programme, further building upon this good news, securing more investment and building more homes.”
